Performing Arts Program Applications, Interim Report or Final Evaluations

eGRANT allows you to manage your Mid-America Arts Alliance application, interim report, and final evaluation in one convenient location. Log in now to manage your applications. Please enable your browser's cookies before logging into the system.

Before you start, you'll need to decide which of the two application categories you will use: 2010-11 Community Engagement with Touring Artists to apply for multiple projects, or the new 2010-11 Regional Touring Program focused on regional artists. Please review the guidelines where the differences are explained. You can only recieve grant funds under one program. 

2010-11 Community Engagement with Touring Artists Program closed February 1, 2010

eGRANT application facilities for touring programs that begin from July 1, 2010 and end by June 30, 2011 is available for presenting organizations based in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Texas. All CETA applications must be received at Mid-America by the deadline of February 1, 2010

2010-11 Regional Touring Program - Phase One (Closed April 15, 2010)

 2010-11 Regional Touring Program - Phase Two

eGRANT application facilities for programs that book artists from Mid-America's Artists Registry that begin from January 1, 2011 and end by June 30, 2011 will be available beginning August 2, 2010 for presenting organizations based in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Texas. All Phase Two RTP applications must be received at Mid-America by the deadline of October 15, 2010. Applications are considered on a first-come, first-served basis for applications meeting all program requirements. Presenters can apply for up to three separate projects under this program.

2010-11 Travel Stipend Applications

All applications for the Travel Stipend program need to be submitted by using the presenter or artist online eGRANT form. Please consult the guidelines for information about eligibility, and contact betty@maaa.org to detail the workshop, conference or other professional-development opportunity for which you wish to apply, for approval prior to registration and application.

2010-11 Final Evaluations & Interim Reports

Interim Reports are due on the date specified in your grant agreement. Final evaluations are due within 30 days of the last day of your project; if your interim report or final evaluation will not be submitted within this timeframe, you need to contact betty@maaa.org to request an extension.  Award recipients need to use the online eGRANT form.  Log into your account to find the final evaluation which corresponds to your project.

Travel Stipend Final Evaluation

All final evaluations for Travel Stipend award recipients need to use the online eGRANT form.  Log into your account to find the final evaluation which corresponds to your project.  Final evaluations are due within 45 days of the last day of your project; if your final evaluation will not be submitted within this timeframe, you need to contact betty@maaa.org to request an extension.
